I have extensive experience in implementing and managing a ServiceNow instance, including overseeing a team of administrators, developers, and architects across the ITSM, CSM, ITBM, and FSM modules. I have successfully managed an instance with over 300 fulfiller users and over 30,000 external users. In addition, I have built and supported numerous third-party integrations, including those with Salesforce, LogicMonitor, and Kaseya VSA.
